The reason for these differences is due to how long the results last.

The mini lasts up to 6 weeks, whereas a full Keratin treatment can last up to 4 months.

If you have never had a Keratin smoothing treatment before, you don’t want to invest a few hundred dollars in a treatment you haven’t had before, or you simply are unsure you want a Keratin treatment at all and want to dip your toe in the water, I always recommend a mini is a great place to start.

It has less aftercare restrictions, and requires less time and money.

You don’t have to commit to it fully, but can enjoy the benefits of a keratin treatment and see whether the results are something you love enough to go full keratin!
